The autumn 2018 regional dates and venues were:

University of Edinburgh  Nov 10 The Waid Academy are through to the finals for the 3rd time! Many thanks to Dr Adam Stevens for his help in running and organising this event.

University of Oxford November 10 Well done, Dulwich College!

Bede’s School – Congratulations to Dougeldyne, (Sevenoaks and Trinity), the East Sussex winners. Huge thanks to Bill Richards and Bede’s for hosting the event.

University of Derby – The victors in Derby were Boston Grammar School and Derby High School. Luke Gordon-Calvert and the student ambassadors were amazing -thank you!

University of Cardiff  – Ysgol Bryngwyn and Cardiff Sixth Form College will be joining the finals at Imperial College London. Many thanks to Dr Chris North and Alice Hopkinson at the University of Cardiff for their meticulous organising of this event. 

Scarborough College – Peter Finch and Scarborough College kindly hosted the event for the North East. South Hunsley School and Scarborough UTC are through to the finals.

University of Liverpool – Another warm welcome from the enthusiastic team at the University of Liverpool – many thanks to Ab Ismail, Diane Taktak, Bob Morris and Mike Jump. St Edward’s School and West Kirby Grammar School are headed to London for the finals.

Imperial College London – With over 200 competitors, this was the largest Regional event held by UKSDC. Space bus Z were the winners, and St. Olave’s, City of London School for Girls’, QE Boys’ and Dartford Grammar School will return to Imperial College for the finals.

We couldn’t do this without all our wonderful volunteers! THANK YOU!
